An Artery Road

There is an artery road that runs through Shades Valley, several cities, and has several different names. It starts in West Homewood and runs through Homewood, Mountain Brook, Birmingham, and ends up in Irondale. The names run from West Oxmoor to Oxmoor to Montevallo. As you travel east from Homewood, you encounter mostly neighborhoods of medium to upper priced homes, single family and townhouse types.

There will be a new townhome community coming soon just outside of Mountain Brook in Birmingham. The location on Montevallo Road makes getting around in the Over-the-Mountain section of Birmingham a breeze for work, shopping, and schools. Keep watching for progress on this exciting new neighborhood.
